Definitely not 3* more like 1*. Clear plastic tape holding plug socket together in the bathroom. Smelly room if windows not opened which then gives you loads of rd noise. Parking is for small spaces on a driveway. No staff at location except check in and out. Overflowing bin outside building with bundle of information booklets left on door step since who knows when. Dirty shower cubicle and old tea bag left in bin in room. No food or alcohol to be consumed in rooms.

三人間安排在狹窄的閣樓裡，無空調，入住及停車交費全部通過電話聯繫，英語交流不好的話比較因難，離大型超市或吃的地方較遠。

ทางเข้าหาอยาก ไม่มีพนักงานตอนรับ และ ระหัสที่ส่งให้ ทางเมล์ ใช้ไม่ได้ ต้องโทรไป ขอ และถ้าคนต่างชาติไม่มีเบอร์ภายในประเทศ ค่าโทรแพงมาก และ พนักงาน สำเนียง ไม่ใช้ อังกฤษ หรืออเมริกัน ฟังยากมาก ตัวเลข ฟังไม่ออก จนมีเพื่อนบ้านมาช่วยฟัง โดยรวม ไม่ ok The entrance is difficult to find, there is no receptionist, and the code sent via email does not work. You have to call to ask for it. If you are a foreigner and do not have a local number, the call fee is very expensive. The staff's accent is not British or American, which is very difficult to understand. I could not understand the numbers until a neighbor came to help me listen. Overall, it is not okay.

Friendly staff and service l, adequate amenities and with in walking distance of the city centre, rooms aren’t soundproof so if your a light sleeper be prepared to not get much sleep other than that I enjoyed my stay and it was fit for purpose

這是我在英國這幾天住的最好的一個酒店，類似於國內的民宿，但是乾淨衞生，關鍵是房間很大，還有的都有，離約克車站我不選，離很多景點也不遠，強烈推薦

Can't complain about this place at all tbh. You get what you pay for, and the amenities downstairs to restock are more than enough. Swift checking in process. I can't fault them. I don't understand the no alcohol policy AFTER youve checked in, it needs to be explained at booking because a £50 fine can't be enforced after accepting the terms and conditions at booking time. But if they explain it first I can respect their decision. Its a little bit cold but they provide heaters so no issues with that. Thanks :)
